When Chaos Collides update

As you might or might not be aware, Garry's Mod: When Chaos Collides was muted because of containing an audio track in it that was copyrighted. However, I have now replaced the infringing music with another track, so you can enjoy it all over again! Enjoy!

Just A Day In ClayWorld 3 IS OUT!

That's right, people, after almost a year in the making, the third installment of the Just A Day In ClayWorld series, JADICW 3, is finally out on Newgrounds!!! WATCH IT HERE: http://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/461876. Enjoy!!!

The story goes: the claymen realise that, after "moving house", they are in danger. So they need to escape. With their abundance of knowledge, they build the safest thing they can think of: A giant cannon. I think you know what happens next... Also, get comfy, because this movie is 6.5 megabytes large and over 6 minutes long. Popcorn at the ready! :D However, if you can't be bothered to sit through six minutes of hilarious deaths of blue blob people, do not fear! It's a mere 36 seconds long, so you really don't have an excuse not to watch my atrocity! xD I've also experimented in some Flash effects, bet ya can't see where.

Just one more thing: Keep an eye out on this spot for another project of mine! This time, it's a movie made in Garry's Mod (for Half-Life 2), and consists of short clips, much like "The Idiots Of Garry's Mod" and "Shortbits". It looks like I'm going to stick with this project, so look out!

Another project..: Video Game Asteroids

Yup, I'm back, with another project. This one's called Video Game Asteroids (leave a comment if you can think of a better name, I need one ;)). It's gonna be a video game-style asteroids game. You can play in 2 or 3 games (not sure yet), Sonic The Hedgehog, Super Mario Bros, and if there's a 3rd one, probably Megaman. VG asteroids isn't all asteroids, though. There will be alot of other types of playing, like dodging scrolling asteroids (like one of those Chopper-style games), asteroids gamplay (duh), and a whole bunch o big, angreh bosses. Also, there will be 3 different playable characters per game, each with their own speed, agility, shot power (not figured the AS for that yet), and a background story. And because there's a storyline to it, you can play as different characters in the same or different games to reach deeper and deeper into the story. It's gunna be a biggie!!!

I'm not very far in making the game, as I'm still working on the Actionscripting, but once I've finished that, it'll just be: make up a story, a tutorial, and a bunch of levels. It will take me ages, but I hope it'll be worth it.

In other news, Just A Day In ClayWorld 2 is getting great reviews, and is over 3.10 out of 5!!! That's really good for most Knox-esque movies. Also, I'm planning Just A Day In ClayWorld 3, but I'm having a bit of trouble. I'm thinking: Claymen hate the place they're in (see JADICW 1 for more info), they try to get back to where they were, have a bunch of ideas, some good, some bad, but they all fail. If you're thinking of an idea as to how they could get back (walking not allowed), REMEMBER!!!: It needs to be funny, and it has to be able to 'continue'. e.g. if they manage to get home, or they fail really quickly, it won't work.

Just A Day In ClayWorld 2 is OUT!!!!!

Yep, that's right, the sequel to Just A Day In ClayWorld (surprise, surprise) is out on Newgrounds.com!!! In JADICW 2, everything is improved. The animation is improved, there's a preloader, an ending menu, and... (from 1 minute onwards lol) the text is GONE!!!! In JADICW 2, the claymen get bored in their new 'home', and so go out and find a Game Playing Machine: the machine that plays games for no reason, and a game for it: Super Clay Bros. (super mario bros... in clay!). I won't give any more away, but I'm really proud of it. It's definitely my best claymation, compared to JADICW 1, but it won't stop there! JADICW 2 is on the go!

As the title suggests, I have FINALLY got all the files necessary for Just A Day In ClayWorld 2, and I'm storming along! I have completed parts 1, 2, and virtually all of part 3. All that's left is he final 2 gunfight scenes. It's gunna (geddit? gun-na? eh? Eh? EH???) be really tough, and I've still got to do the preloader, but I'll manage. I managed to do JADICW, so what's so hard? Also, I've done all of the sound for the first 3 parts, which overall brings me around 65% through Just A Day In ClayWorld 2!

Oh, and if you're wondering why I couldn't add an earlier reply, my computer had to be rebuilt by a boffin, so I'm afraid even MORE delays while I get all of my stuff reinstalled.

***Project update***

Okay, the good news: Just A Day In ClayWorld 2 is back on track!!! However, with the recent delay and a few still lost files, the release date I'm a little unsure of. But, The Many Musical Adventures of the Dancing Banana is coming along nicely. I've done the first 2 parts of it and the menu (with Scene Select-Yay!!!). Working on both of them now.

JADICW 2 Delay >:(

Bad news, I'm afraid! My dad has temporarily deleted my Admin account (that lazy, don't-give-a-damn son of a...), so firstly, I can't access the software needed to create my movies, and SECONDLY, I can't even get to the movies I've already made to edit them!!!! Not to mention this month is flying by, so JADICW 2 might be delayed by a little while. I'm currently taking the pictures for the 2nd from final scene, but until I can talk some sense into my dad, I won't be able to do anything with them.

Keep hanging on! I'm doing my best!!!!

A tribute to the Dancing banana

As I was looking at some of he older flashes in Newgrounds.com, I realised that there were hardly any new Dancing Banana sprite movies there, and the ones that were there had grown old and weary from that old "It's Peanut Butter Jelly Time" thing. So I decided to give the once famous Dancing banana a send-off worth remembering... The Many Musical Adventures Of The Dancing Banana! With the help of Flash and my imagination, the movie will have a custom preloader, a menu (with Scene Select) and the Dancing Banana singing along to all your favourite tunes. This will take a LOT longer than JADICW 2, and I'm putting JADICW 2 on the side for the moment, but don't worry: Claymations take no time at all to do.

My series: Just A Day In ClayWorld

Almost forgot to mention, I'm working on a sequel to JADICW, cryptically named JADICW 2. In this episode, The claymen are on a desparate mission to kill some time, so buy a Game Playing Machine (for want of a better name-Please leave a comment if you want to give me your ideas, but no stealing existing names plz e.g. PS2, nintendo 64 etc.). Anyway, they all become a little too addicted and... I'd better leave it at that. If you want to watch JADICW 2, please watch the first movie first so you can get the background info. There is one hidden in the randomness, honestly!

Stats about the movie. Well, when it's finished I expect it will be around 4-5 minutes long, but it will also be a lot more professional. I will definitely put a preloader in, maybe custom (but don't put your hopes up) and maybe even a menu, including a story for those of you who are either too lazy to see JADICW 1 or if you didn't get the storyline. Also, the movie will be of a much higher quality, thanks to Flash 8. If you've seen the first, you must have been annoyed with the text, right? It's still on some of the movie (around the first minute) but after that, it's gone. Trust me. The movie will also be bigger (hopefully 480 X 360 or similar), and with a little luck, within 5 megabytes.

JADICW 2 is currently about 30% complete, but claymations take no time at all, so expect to see Just A Day In ClayWorld 2 by February! In fact, the only thing that takes a lot of time will be the Flash part of it (movies, quality etc)

Just A Day In ClayWorld

My first series is a claymation, and it's called Just A Day In ClayWorld (JADICW in short). It has a bunch of clay guys doing stuff, seeming random, but there is more to these blobs of plasticine than meets the eye. Before I continue, make sure you have seen                                 Just A Day In ClayWorld 1. Vote if you want. It'll make me happy . Once you've seen it, I can tell you the storyline (it will have an apparent one in the sequel). The men have been kidnapped and put in the lowest of the low of homes: my desk. Instead of shiny polished wood on the floor, there is painted chipboard, and painted chipboard gives claymen blisters, if you didn't know. . If you want to know more about this epic thriller, just see my upcoming movies. I'll keep you updated.
